Vacancy for Finance and Admin Manager (6 months contract)
Reporting to the Senior Pastor on all administrative matters, HVMC is looking for an experienced candidate to join us as:
- Lead and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations in Admin, Finance, HR and payroll functions
- Manage all property, IT and logistics needs of the church
- Coordinate logistical support for Sunday services and other church events
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Pastor
The candidate ideally should have/be:
- Min LCCI/Diploma & above + 2 years of relevant working experience in leading a team
- Resourceful, dependable and possess strong problem-solving skills to meet the evolving needs of HVMC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on Sundays and other events on the church calendar
- Have a pleasant disposition, positive attitude and able to exercise strict discretion and confidentiality at all times
